Users
The Users section allows you to manage customer accounts on your store. You can view and manage registered users, organize them into User Groups, track Wishlists, handle customer Enquiries, and monitor Wallet Transactions. This section helps you efficiently manage customer interactions and user-related activities from a single place.
You manage all of your users on the Users Page in your StoreHippo admin panel.

Within the User section, there are different sub-sections related to users.
Users
The Users section contains the list of all the registered users. This section allows you to manage and add new users to your store. Here you can view customers as well as your staff admins and manage them accordingly. From here, you can view user details, edit profiles, and track customer activity such as orders and wallet usage.
User groups
The User group section lets club users in a group and you can send them attractive discount offers and e-coupons via email. You can create several groups of users and send them relevant offers during festivals or promotional periods.
User Wishlists
The User Wishlists section shows products that customers have added to their wishlists. This helps you understand customer preferences and identify popular or frequently saved products.
Enquiries
The Enquiries section allows you to manage the queries sent by users regarding their issues.
Wallet Transactions
Wallet Transactions provide a complete record of wallet credits and debits for users. You can track refunds, promotional credits, and wallet usage to maintain accurate financial records for each customer.
